Joy of Apex and of writing

Well it took a touch of rewirng in my academic compass and skipped the last half of my Business Comm class to go to a Book Launch for "Joy of Apex".
So I trotted out 20 minutes late, but it was cool, being fashionably late was as it started just as I walked in.
This is what I got.

Joy of Apex

Something isn't it. I had thought it was a graphic novel or something but it is a soft-cover of 101 pages worth $10.
The book reading was full of delightful puffs of humour in a easy-to-read format.
The author Napatsi Folger was a UTSC student who won a short story contest I had submitted to with fingers cross.
Great gal, really kind and it did help recharge that spark that reminds me of why I want to be a writer, and a spark that I hope still burns even after the midnight oil has burned away.
